Rapid City Man Sentenced for Possessing Child Pornography
SIOUX FALLS, S.D., April 17 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that a Rapid City man charged with Possession of Child Pornography was sentenced on April 6, 2012, by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey L. Viken. Robin Lemme, age 50, was sentenced to 12 months and 1 day of imprisonment, 15 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 assessment to the Victim Assistance Fund.
