China: Journalist re-arrested on public order offences

BRUSSELS, Belgium, Nov. 29 [Category: Media] -- The International Federation of Journalists issued the following news release:

Zhang was arrested on November 18 by the Pudong Branch of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau for "picking quarrels and provoking trouble", a broadly defined charge used against critics of the Chinese Communist Party.
