RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas, April 23 -- Arkansas Tech University issued the following news:

Aaron Campbell is the 2024 winner of a book cover art contest sponsored by Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center and the Arkansas Tech University Department of Art.
