WASHINGTON, June 25 -- The National Indian Gaming Commission issued the following bulletin (No. 2022-4) on June 23, 2022:
The goals of federal Indian policy that the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act ("IGRA") was enacted to promote tribal economic development, tribal self-sufficiency and strong tribal governments.
