Averl Harbin has been appointed to the position of dean of students at Niagara University. She has served as interim dean of students since January 2021.

Harbin joined Niagara University in 2015 as the director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs. In that role, she developed, implemented, and assessed programs and activities designed to promote diversity awareness on Niagara's campus . . .
