WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- The National Indian Gaming Commission issued the following bulletin:
Pursuant to 25 C.F.R. Sec. 514.16, the National Indian Gaming Commission has adopted its annual fingerprint processing fee for the coming year. In order to comply with Federal Bureau of Investigation requirements, this year's fingerprint processing fee will increase to $45 per card.
