ACLU of Louisiana Asks Orleans Court to Stop Secretary of State From Blocking Ballot Drop-Off Sites

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Oct. 23 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana issued the following news release on Oct. 22:

In a friend-of-the-court brief filed today, the ACLU of Louisiana asked the Orleans Parish Civil District Court to prevent Secretary of State Kyle Ardoin from prohibiting local registrars from establishing additional drop-off sites for voters to return their absentee ballots.
