ALFRED, New York, Sept. 17 -- Alfred State College issued the following news:

Alfred State College (ASC) graduates may seamlessly continue their education at the University at Buffalo and pursue a master's degree in electrical engineering, courtesy of a new agreement signed by the two State University of New York (SUNY) entities.
