ACLU of Rhode Island Issues Statement on 38 Studios Grand Jury Records Case Decision

PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, Feb. 20 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Rhode Island issued the following statement in response to the Rhode Island Supreme Court's decision ruling that records of the grand jury's investigation of the 38 Studios debacle cannot be released:
