ACLU of Wisconsin Condemns Legislators for Doubling Down on Failed Policies That Weaken Public Safety

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin, Jan. 14 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin issued the following news release on Jan. 13:

The ACLU of Wisconsin condemned a so-called "tougher on crime" package of legislation introduced by Wisconsin legislators, asserting the measures would further weaken public safety and waste taxpayer dollars.
