American Petroleum Institute Issues Statement on U.S.-China Trade Deal Progress
WASHINGTON, Dec. 14 -- The American Petroleum Institute issued the following statement by Aaron Padilla, senior advisor for international policy after the Trump administration and China reached an initial phase one trade deal:
