Cherokee Nation: Largest Tribal Outpatient Health Facility in U.S. Opening First Phase to Patients
TAHLEQUAH, Oklahoma, Oct. 4 -- The Cherokee Nation, a federally-recognized Native American tribe, issued the following news release:
The Cherokee Nation's new four-story, 469,000 square foot outpatient health center will open its optometry, audiology, physical rehabilitation, behavioral health, radiology, lab and pharmacy services Oct. 7. Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. will also be on hand to announce a major health initiative as part of his first 100 days in office.
