Imam Sami Aziz Coming to DePauw as Director of Center for Spiritual Life

GREENCASTLE, Indiana, July 14 -- DePauw University issued the following news:

Sami Aziz has been appointed director of DePauw University's Center for Spiritual Life. It's believed that Aziz, who begins his work at DePauw on July 23, will be the first Imam to ever direct the spiritual life program at a college in the United States. He is currently the Muslim Chaplain at Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
