JACKSON, Tennessee, May 18 -- Union University issued the following news release:

Daniel L. Dreisbach, professor in the School of Public Affairs at American University in Washington, D.C., will be the keynote speaker at Union University's 193rd annual spring commencement May 19.

About 675 students will receive their degrees during the two ceremonies.

Dreisbach is the author or editor of 10 books, including "Thomas Jefferson and the Wall of Separation b . . .
