KANSAS CITY, Missouri, Jan. 18 -- Women Leaders in College Sports (formerly the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators) issued the following news release:
This has been the year of women. We ushered in 2017 by marching together and amplifying our voices in cities all across the country. A month later, your organization's name changed. The significance of that timing is not lost on us.
