Cherokee Nation Donates $47,000 to Area CASA Organizations
TAHLEQUAH, Oklahoma, Dec. 14 -- The Cherokee Nation, a federally-recognized Native American tribe, issued the following news release:
The Cherokee Nation donated a total of $47,000 to two area court-appointed special advocate organizations this week as part of the tribe's annual contributions.
