WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Sen. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., has introduced legislation (S. 3197) to "revoke or deny visas to Chinese officials involved in the formulation or execution of a policy that prevents innocent U.S. citizens from leaving China."
