House Education & Labor Committee Issues Report on Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act (10)
WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- The House Education and Labor Committee issued a report (H.Rpt. 116-372) on legislation (H.R. 1230) to amend the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and other laws to clarify appropriate standards for Federal employment discrimination and retaliation claims. The report was advanced by Rep. Robert C. Scott, D-Virginia, on Jan. 9.
