WASHINGTON, June 6 -- Sen. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., has introduced legislation (S. 1721) to amend title 18, U.S. Code, to prohibit gay and trans panic defenses.

Sen. Markey Introduces Bill to Sell Alzheimer's Semipostal Stamp (10)
WASHINGTON, June 6 -- Sen. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., has introduced legislation (S. 1728) to "require the U.S. Postal Service to sell the Alzheimer's semipostal stamp for 6 additional years."
The bill was introduced on June 5 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, and Chris Van Hollen, D-Md. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
