$15 Million Available in Cooperative Agreements for Advanced Subsea Systems Technologies (10)
WASHINGTON, April 16 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory announced that it expects to award up to five cooperative agreements for advanced subsea systems technologies to improve efficiency and capabilities for enhanced oil recovery in offshore wells.
