WASHINGTON, April 3 -- The House Judiciary Committee issued a report (H.Rpt. 116-21) on legislation (H.R. 1585) to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act of 1994. The report was advanced by Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, on March 27.
