WASHINGTON, Sept. 15 -- The U.S. Navy issued the following story: By Yonca Poyraz-Dogan Public Affairs The Navy observes National Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15-Oct. 15, highlighting the histories and accomplishments of Americans from Spanish-speaking areas. This year's theme is "Hispanics: One Endless Voice to Enhance our Traditions."
