WASHINGTON, Nov. 6 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it expects to award up to 10 cooperative agreements for the improvement of coastal management programs. The estimated total program funding available was cited as $1.5 million with a ceiling of $250,000 for each award in the program.
