WASHINGTON, July 28 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing an application from the Gregory A. Dunlap Revocable Trust, Gregory Dunlap and Jessica Dunlap, all of Milford, Nebraska, to join the Dunlap Family Control Group, Jefferson City, Missouri, and acquire voting shares of County Bank Shares Inc., Orange, Texas, indirectly acquiring voting shares of Farmers and Merchants Bank.
