WASHINGTON, May 25 -- The Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council has submitted a public comment letter to the U.S. Department of Justice expressing serious concerns regarding the postponement of the implementation of digital accessibility standards under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
