WASHINGTON, March 1 -- BioNJ, a trade association representing over 400 member entities in the life sciences sector, has submitted a public comment letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The letter addresses grave concerns regarding the Global Benchmark for Efficient Drug Pricing (GLOBE) and Guarding U.S. Medicare Against Rising Drug Costs (GUARD) Models proposed by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.
