Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum Completes Inventory of Human Remains, Associated Funerary Objects Recovered From LeFlore County, Oklahoma (10)
WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 (TNSFR) -- The Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, Norman, has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, determining a cultural affiliation with one of four Native American tribes.
The inventory identifies human remains representing at least one individual from site 34LF22 in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. Additionally, the museum identified six lots of associated funerary objects from various sites, including:
