WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division announced that the Rapid Response Partnership Vehicle filed written notifications regarding changes to its membership.
The notifications serve to extend legal protections that limit the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specific conditions. This update includes the addition of the following parties to the venture:
