Woman Who Committed $129,000 in Pandemic Fraud is Fined, Sentenced to Prison
U.S. District Judge Joshua M. Divine on Wednesday sentenced a woman who fraudulently sought more than $1.1 million in loans during the COVID-19 pandemic to 24 months in prison and ordered her to pay a $75,000 fine.
