WASHINGTON, Dec. 23 (TNSFR) -- The Gilcrease Museum, Tulsa, Oklahoma, has completed an inventory of Native American human remains and associated funerary objects and determined cultural affiliation with numerous Tribal Nations. The action, taken under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act, involves the remains of at least 28 individuals and 286 funerary objects excavated from the Yokem archaeological site in Pike County, Illinois.
