WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board is proposing to amend its regulations to allow participants in the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) to move amounts from their traditional TSP account balances into their Roth TSP account balances.
