WASHINGTON, Sept. 5 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission prepared an environmental assessment for the Rolfe Canal Hydroelectric Project No. 3240. The project is located on the Contoocook River in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. The document was prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
