ITC Schedules Final Probe of Chinese Corrugated Box Imports (10)
WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission announced it is moving into the final phase of its investigation into imported polypropylene corrugated boxes from China.
This step follows a determination by the U.S. Department of Commerce that China's government is providing subsidies to its producers of these containers. The investigation will assess whether these imports are causing or threatening to cause material injury to an American industry.
