ITA Delays Decision on Japanese Cranes, Citing Need for More Time to Review Information (10)
WASHINGTON, Aug. 24 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration's preliminary determination in a trade investigation involving imports of lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan has been postponed. The original deadline for the determination was set for September 17, 2025. The revised date for the determination is now November 6, 2025.

Westfield Athenaeum Completes Inventory, Prepares to Return Native American Remains to Stockbridge Munsee Community (10)
WASHINGTON, Aug. 24 (TNSFR) -- The Westfield Athenaeum, Massachusetts, has completed an inventory of Native American human remains and will repatriate them to Stockbridge Munsee Community, Wisconsin.
The remains, representing at least one person, have been held by the museum since 1927. They were donated to the Athenaeum after being retrieved from a location referred to as "Burial Ground Pochassic." According to the institution's findings, the individual is of Native American heritage.
