FCC Revokes Kentucky Radio Station License Over Unpaid Fees (10)
WASHINGTON, July 26 -- The Federal Communications Commission has revoked the license for WCND(AM) in Shelbyville, Kentucky, citing persistent failure by licensee Pedro Arce to pay regulatory fees. The decision (Docket No. DA 25-659), adopted and released on July 25, 2025, also dismisses a pending application for renewal of the station's license.
