Organic Produce Group Urges Flexibility in Certification, Boosts Access (10)
WASHINGTON, June 10 -- The Organic Produce Association is advocating for significant changes to accelerate the growth and accessibility of organic foods in the U.S. In an April 28, 2025 letter to the National Organic Standards Board, OPA recommended focusing research on factors influencing access to organic foods and barriers to transitioning to organic production.

WASHINGTON, June 10 -- The National Association of Nutrition and Aging Services Programs has expressed strong concerns to the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding a proposed Section 232 investigation into pharmaceutical imports, which could lead to new tariffs.
