Oklahoma City Zoo Opposes Changes to Endangered Species Act (10)
WASHINGTON, May 11 -- The Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden has submitted comments to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), expressing strong opposition to a proposed rule that would rescind the long-standing definition of "harm" under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
