Kentucky PSC Approves Kentucky Power's $600 Million Debt Plan (10)
FRANKFORT, Kentucky, May 10 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has authorized Kentucky Power Company to issue up to $600 million in debt. The decision allows Kentucky Power to refinance existing loans and fund general corporate purposes.
