Okla. A.G. Drummond Dismisses Criminal Charge Against Oklahoma City Police Officer (10)
OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, Dec. 28 -- Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond issued the following news release on Dec. 27, 2024:
Attorney General Gentner Drummond today dismissed a criminal charge filed by Oklahoma County District Attorney Vicky Behenna against Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Joseph Gibson in connection with an Oct. 27 incident involving Mr. Lich Vu. Drummond entered an appearance in the case on Monday, Dec. 23, effectively taking over the prosecution.

Oklahoma Delegation for NESHAP Gets EPA Approval (10)
WASHINGTON, Dec. 22 (TNSFR) -- The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the delegation of authority to Oklahoma for the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). This delegation would allow the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) to implement and enforce certain NESHAP standards for sources located within the state.
