NWLC Celebrates Historic Abortion Ballot Wins Amid Setback in Florida (10)
WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 -- The National Women's Law Center issued the following news release on Nov. 5, 2024:
Today, voters demonstrated overwhelming support for abortion rights and access. In Maryland, New York, and Colorado, voters approved measures to protect and expand reproductive freedom in those three states.
Although a measure in Florida narrowly fell short, a clear majority of voters there expressed strong support for restoring abortion access in their state.
