WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 -- The House Administration Committee issued a report (H.Rpt. 118-462) on the Non-Citizens: Outlawed From Voting in Our Trusted Elections Act (H.R. 4460), which aims to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to ensure that only eligible American citizens may participate in elections for Federal office. The report was advanced by Rep. Bryan Steil, R-Wisconsin, on April 15, 2024.
