The U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee advanced legislation authored by Ranking Member Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) designating the Clarksburg Federal Courthouse as the "Irene M. Keeley United States Courthouse."
