WASHINGTON, April 18 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice, published in the Federal Register on April 18, 2023, entitled "Notice of Intent To Conduct Scoping and To Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Designation of a National Marine Sanctuary for the Pacific Remote Islands."
