WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced that it expects to award up to 200 grants for the expansion of the infrastructure for renewable fuels derived from agricultural products. The agency description of the grant states: "What does this program do? * The purpose of HBIIP is to increase significantly the sales and use of higher blends of ethanol and biodiesel by expanding the infrastructure for renewable fuels derived from U.S. agricultural products. * The program  more ST
