Sen. Collins Announces Additional $3.7 Million to Help Maine Families With Rising Home Heating Costs (10)
WASHINGTON, April 22 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, issued the following news release on April 21, 2022:
U.S. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) announced that the State of Maine has received a total of $3.7 million to help families and individuals afford to heat their homes. This funding was awarded through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and was authorized through the Fiscal Year 2022 government funding omnibus that was signed into law in March.
