WASHINGTON, Oct. 12 -- The Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled has issued a rule (41 CFR Part 51-4), published in the Federal Register on Oct. 12, 2021, entitled: "Prohibition on the Payment of Subminimum Wages Under 14(c) Certificates as a Qualification for Participation as a Nonprofit Agency Under the Javits Wagner O'Day Program".

Senate Environment & Public Works Committee Issues Report on Surface Transportation Reauthorization Act (Part 1 of 3) (10)
WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 -- The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee issued a report (S.Rpt. 117-41) on the Surface Transportation Reauthorization Act (S. 1931), which aims to amend Title 23 of the U.S. Code to authorize funds for Federal-aid highways and highway safety construction programs.
