WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' National Institutes of Health announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for support for the coordinating center for the small cell lung cancer consortium. The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The purpose of this limited competition Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to continue support for the Coordinating Center (CC) for the Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) Consortium (Consortiu more ST
