U.S. Senators Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen (both D-Md.) signed a bipartisan letter with Senators Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.), Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), and 49 Senators urging the Biden administration to address the quickly deteriorating situation in Afghanistan that threatens the lives of tens of thousands of Afghan partners.
