WASHINGTON, Jan. 29 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service announced that it expects to award up to four cooperative agreements for watershed assessments in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. The agency description of the grant states: "Through the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) NRCS has $200,000 available for an 18-month cooperative agreement with an entity with expertise in watershed assessment plans, specifically using the assessment more ST
