WASHINGTON, Jan. 27 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award grants for projects that support democracy in Georgia.
The agency description of the grant states: "U.S. Embassy Tbilisi announces an open competition for Democracy Commission Small Grants Program (DemCom).
